For Windows (Linux follows after):
You'll be asked to Save File.
Click on the Downloads arrow near the top right, and select the folder icon for the file you just downloaded to open the location where you downloaded to.
<aside> 💡 User Account Control - Windows uses this as a way to allow you as the user to confirm installing any new program. If you didn't intend on installing a program, or don't know what it's installing, feel free to ask us for help. If in doubt, it's safer to click No when you weren't intending to install something.

In Linux Mint you can click on the LM menu (not sure the technical name, but it's where Start menu is on Windows), then you can click on Software Manager.

The Software Manager window will open (you'll likely have to enter your user password) and you can search for Zoom in the top right search bar. Finally you can click on Zoom in the list, then install it.
